Client and Bureau Access
- Users and Site Managers have the ability to access their accounts, view their sites, add new sites, and update various site details such as Contact information, User details, Zone details, Schedule details, and Response details.
- Signal and Activation history can be conveniently reviewed through the Plink app.
- Users can easily arm and disarm their panels and control outputs using the Plink app.
- Patrol history along with photos taken by patrols can be viewed by users.
- Clients and Self Monitoring customers can quickly commission and decommission their sites through the Plink app, thereby turning monitoring on or off at the station.
- Bureaus and Dealers are able to access their sites, view recent signal and activation history, and update client accounts.
- Technicians have access to live signal history of sites, the ability to toggle test mode on or off, and update account details including workorders, notes, charges, as well as digitally sign and complete them.
First Response
- Users can receive Alarm and Event notifications which can be managed accordingly. They have the option to cancel notifications if they choose to respond themselves or revert them back to the station for operator response.
- Late to Close notifications can also be received by users. They may extend close time, cancel monitoring, or send the alarm back to the station for operator handling.
Patrol Response
- Patrols have the capability to receive patrol job requests from Patriot Monitoring stations. They can provide an ETA or release the job back to the station if unable to accept it.
- Detailed job and site instructions are available for patrols. They can update status when on-site, leave notes and response details that are instantly transmitted back to the operating station. Additionally, photos taken at the site can be added to a job for viewing by station operators.
Patrol Site Checks
- Patrols can scan QR codes and NFC stickers that send signals back to the Monitoring Station. They also have the ability to set up NFC tags via the Plink phone app.
Patrol Digital Run Sheets
- Patrols receive digital run sheets listing sites ordered by scheduled check times. This allows for quick and accurate completion of tasks with all details automatically recorded.
- Notification alerts are provided for jobs due or overdue. Patrols can send and receive details of Patrol runs automatically between themselves and the Patriot Station.
Lone Worker Mode
- Lone Worker mode is available for Patrols, Lone Workers, and Static Guards. Users can be set up with schedules notifying the Monitoring Station in case of welfare check failures or Duress Alarms triggered during shifts.
- The Patriot Monitoring Station receives GPS locations during welfare checks and Duress alarms ensuring operative response accuracy with optional periodic location updates during shifts.
